Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Desktop experience. This position is in Southwest Houston/Stafford area. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $25/hr. They are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP.

Duties include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank reconciliation
General ledger and journal entries
Financial data entry
Other general accounting and administrative functions

This role requires at least 3 years of recent full cycle bookkeeping experience. Also, 2+ years of recent QuickBooks Desktop experience is an absolute requirement. If you are not very proficient in QuickBooks, you would not be a good fit for this role. There will be no training on QuickBooks so you need to be proficient in the software.
